Our Return and Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, accept your return or process an exchange.
- Receive 100% refund for all items that you want to return.
- For exchanges, you will receive a refund based on the difference. Otherwise, you might pay more for the products as prices vary.
Product Conditions for Return/Exchange
Product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in the original packaging. We do this to prevent fraudulent returns.
So how do I make a Return/Exchange request?

Once you have made a request, we will send you a shipping label.
Please note that you will be charged of the shipping label. If you wish to use your own shipping label, let us know before you make a request. Email us at email@example.com or add a comment in the Return/Exchange page.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Products with incomplete packaging and contents (i.e. spatula, spatula holder, any other accessory).
- Opened facial masks (sheet masks, paper masks, metallic / gold / silver masks, rubber masks, modeling masks, or any one-time use facial masks).
Shipping Back to Us
You will be given a label to ship the items back to us.
Please note that you will be charged of the shipping label. If you wish to use your own shipping label, let us know at email@example.com or add a comment in the Return/Exchange page.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
